Dr. Joshua Harris is a leading real estate economist and investment strategist specializing in real estate development, finance, capital markets, and business organizational leadership and strategy. Dr. Harris excels at assessing feasibility/profitability of projects, markets, and investment strategies/funds; examining the state of the macroeconomy and its impacts on real estate markets; delivering dynamic presentations for industry audiences; and providing strategic guidance and business development services for large organizations.

Dr. Harris serves as Executive Director of the Fordham Real Estate Institute at Fordham University after holding prior academic appointments at New York University, St. John’s University, and the University of Central Florida. Additionally, Dr. Harris serves as Managing Partner with the Lakemont Group, a boutique real estate and economic consultancy, and as a Senior Vice President of CrossMarc Services, a family office investment management platform and commercial brokerage. Prior to joining CrossMarc, Dr. Harris as the Vice President of Investment Strategy for Skanska USA Commercial Development, a leading developer of high-rise office, multifamily, and mixed-used projects in urban cores nationwide. Dr. Harris served as an advisor to the Senior Leadership Team and acts as the head of investment strategy and research coordinating all business planning, market analysis, and research initiatives.

Dr. Harris holds a Ph. D. in Finance from the University of Central Florida with a research emphasis in institutional real estate and capital markets. Dr. Harris holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation, a NAIOP Research Foundation Distinguished Fellow, a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE) and serves as the organizations’ Chair of the Economic Advisory Council, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), received a gubernatorial appointment to the Florida Real Estate Appraisal Board, elected a Board Member of the AFIRE organization, and was the recipient of the 2020 Practitioner-Scholar Award from the American Real Estate Society.

Christie Alexander’s primary focus for CrossMarc Services is investment property acquisitions and due diligence. She provides outstanding customer service in brokerage and advisory services for clients who benefit from her expertise, professionalism, and exceptional dedication to maximizing the value of their real estate.

Christie’s 30+ year commercial real estate career includes sales and leasing of office, retail, land, investment, and industrial properties, plus an extensive consulting background in market analysis, feasibility studies and due diligence. A business writer as well, she has more than 100 published articles on real estate and economic topics.

Christie’s previous professional experience includes NAI Realvest and NAI Welsh, Orlando; the Fults Companies, Dallas; and Grubb & Ellis, Phoenix. Her clients have included Publix Super Markets, R.D. Keene Trust, Shell Oil, and TLC Engineering.

She is an active member of ICSC and CREW and is a past Director on the Board of Directors for the NAIOP Central Florida Chapter. She has been appointed to the Board of Directors of KMI International, a global program and construction management consulting firm. She has been recognized as one of the top women in commercial real estate and has received commercial real estate transaction awards from various industry organizations.

Christie earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics at Arizona State University, where she was a member of Omicron Delta Epsilon (Honor Society in Economics). She earned her CDI.D board certification from Corporate Directors International.

Andy Lively serves as the Vice President of Operations for CrossMarc Services. In his role, he manages the financial, human resources, IT, and strategic planning for the company. In addition, Andy oversees the company’s property and facilities management division.

Andy’s 10+ year operations career includes financial reporting, budgeting, employee engagement, vendor negotiations, branch office setup, and many other administrative duties.

Andy’s previous professional experience includes serving as Vice President of Administration at Crossman & Company, a leading commercial real estate firm in the Southeast. He led the company’s HR, finance, and IT divisions from a small family-owned company into becoming a larger and more geographically spread-out regional company.

Andy is a certified Professional in Human Resources, (PHR) and a Certified Professional with SHRM (SHRM-CP). He is an active member of SHRM (nationally) and Greater Orlando SHRM (locally). Andy also is a licensed Florida real estate salesperson.

Andy earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Church Ministry at Southeastern University and a Master of Arts Degree in Christian Ministries from Assemblies of God Theological Seminary.

Danielle Selvaggi boasts over a decade of unwavering dedication to the field of property management, currently serving as the Property Manager at Crossmarc Services. Her extensive experience reflects a commitment to excellence and a robust work ethic. Over the years, Danielle has become a trusted figure within the industry, navigating the complexities of residential and commercial property management with finesse.

In her role at Crossmarc Services, Danielle takes a hands-on approach to ensure the seamless operation of properties under her supervision. From tenant relations to financial oversight and proactive issue resolution, she brings a holistic perspective to her work. Beyond her professional acumen, Danielle’s approachable nature and transparent communication style contribute to her success in fostering positive relationships with property owners, tenants, and team members alike.

Danielle Selvaggi’s decade-long journey in property management is characterized by continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends. Her commitment to professional development not only enhances her own proficiency but elevates Crossmarc Services as a leader in the dynamic and competitive realm of property management.

Brian is a long-time central Florida resident with over 25 years in sales, marketing, and operations at diverse Fortune 100 corporations. His experience includes a wide array of companies including franchise quick service restaurants, petroleum retail properties, entertainment theme parks, cable, computer hardware and software technology solutions for education, and client-based services.

His primary focus is to help secure new and expanded business opportunities for office, industrial, and retail clients. He provides investors, tenants, and landlords with pertinent information on leasing availability, current market conditions and property values. Brian works diligently to compile property data for clients, such as tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, status updates, etc. He identifies market trends and understands when it’s time to sell, buy or leaseback.

Brian is committed to building relationships with clients one-by-one through exceptional work. His experience of documented results has helped clients attain their short- and long-term goals through his listening, research, and communication. He strives to provide a strategic, analytical solution roadmap with quantitative and qualitative data to aid in the decision-making process in competitive, fast-paced changing markets.

A Certified Commercial Investment Member designee, Brian is also a member of the CCIM Central Florida Chapter and a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).

Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing/Business Administration from Temple University and an MBA from Lake Erie College.

Flavia Kanyago is Vice President of Sales and Leasing at CrossMarc Services and is a graduate of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University’s School of Business and Industry. She serves clients in Florida, focusing on tenant and landlord representation. Flavia is currently responsible for leasing CrossMarc Services’ retail portfolio. In addition, Flavia represents tenants such as Noire the Nail Bar, where she aids in their expansion plans in various markets, Flavia has contributed to their growth of over 200 locations. Flavia has the pleasure of representing other fascinating concepts such Cookies by Design, The Hangry Bison, Taiko Japanese and Peruvian Fusion Restaurant, Mystique Escape Room and more.

In addition to her brokerage transactional work, she is involved with the real estate program at FAMU. She is a co-founder of the first real estate program at the university and continues to be personally involved with the organization through coaching students, encouraging internships, and fostering an appreciation for the complexities of the commercial real estate industry.

Prior to her role as Vice President of Sales and Leasing at CrossMarc Services, Flavia served as Director of Retail at Capital Stack Real Estate Group where she oversaw the business development of the retail team, retail leasing and was responsible for obtaining retail landlord and tenant representation contracts. Flavia has accumulated years of experience in commercial real estate through working with companies such as Avison Young, Publix Supermarkets Inc; where she worked with the Real Estate Site Selection Strategy team, and Front Street Commercial Real Estate Group. Flavia is a team player; she enjoys working with others in an exciting yet challenging and growing work environment.

Stephanie D’Amico brings over a decade of experience in retail brokerage, where she excels in managing and expanding the Crossmarc portfolio. She is also a trusted advisor to retail tenants and property owners across Central Florida, providing expert guidance on leasing strategies and market positioning.

Stephanie began her real estate career in the Washington, D.C. market with Colliers, where she played a key role in securing a 50,000-square-foot Class A adaptive reuse project. She was also instrumental in the successful rollout of Sprint Connect stores across the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region.

Prior to joining Crossmarc, Stephanie served as Vice President for Stiles Retail Group, overseeing a portfolio of more than 587,000 square feet of retail space across Tampa, Orlando, and the Space Coast. Her innovative problem-solving skills and ability to negotiate complex anchor leases were pivotal in stabilizing a high-profile Class A project in Altamonte Springs. Since relocating to Central Florida in 2017, Stephanie has worked on a diverse range of retail assets, including unanchored properties, grocery-anchored centers, power centers, malls, and mixed use projects. She has earned recognition as a CoStar Power Broker.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Stephanie is an active member of CREW Orlando, serving as Co-Chair of UCREW for multiple years, and sits on the CREW Orlando Board of Directors for 2023 and 2024. A graduate of the University of Vermont, Stephanie also holds a Master’s degree from The New School in New York.

Katie Nguyen is a Senior Associate at CrossMarc Services, specializing in tenant representation, landlord representation, and commercial real estate acquisitions. With a strong focus on the Central Florida market, Katie is passionate about helping clients grow their portfolios and build long-term real estate legacies.

Katie represents a wide range of clients, from investors acquiring and leasing shopping centers to innovative “foodie” brands expanding their presence through strategic site selection. Her commitment to community-driven development and creative retail concepts has made her a trusted advisor to both tenants and landlords.

Katie is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She currently serves as Vice President of the Southeast Chapter of the Vietnamese National Association of Real Estate Professionals (VNARP). Her past leadership roles include Vice President and Board Member of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce of Central Florida, and service on the Orange County Tourism Development Tax Task Force.

With over 13 years of experience in commercial real estate, Tai Lee brings deep market insight and strategic expertise to every transaction. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), he is recognized for excellence in financial analysis, investment strategy, and portfolio optimization. Specializing in retail, office, and mixed-use assets, Tai consistently delivers value-driven solutions for investors, owners, and developers across Central Florida. Known for his data-driven approach and commitment to building long-term client relationships, Tai helps elevate outcomes in a competitive landscape.

Tai upholds a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology from The Ohio State University, where he received a full athletic scholarship within their gymnastics program. Tai’s commercial real estate career began with property management for student/family housing within the Ohio State campus district. His engagement with tenants drew his interest in commercial real estate. In continuation with property management, he interned at the University district to gain more insight and knowledge regarding commercial development. From his previous experience, this Florida native ventured back to Orlando, Florida and has continued his tenure by assisting with hundreds of transactions ranging from local, regal and national clients.

Meghan Byrne focuses on acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties, providing expert brokerage and advisory services with a strong emphasis on negotiation and strategic planning. She is committed to delivering exceptional client service and maximizing the value of each transaction through her detailed market knowledge and process-driven approach.

Meghan’s commercial real estate career began after gaining hands-on experience in commercial construction and with the Volusia County building department, where she contributed to notable projects including Destination Daytona and Daytona International Auto Mall. She transitioned into real estate in Texas, specializing in multifamily and mixed-use properties, before expanding her license to Florida and broadening her practice in Volusia and Flagler Counties. Her diverse background allows her to provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of development, construction, and market dynamics.

She is a licensed Florida real estate broker and was honored as Rookie of the Year in 2018 at Sperry Commercial. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Rutgers University and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, applying process improvement techniques to optimize transaction outcomes. Meghan is dedicated to building transparent client relationships and delivering strategic solutions tailored to each client’s investment goals. Leveraging her diverse background, Meghan assists clients in successfully managing intricate commercial real estate transactions.

Erica Atterbury is a results-driven sales professional with expertise in contract negotiation, customer relations, and business development. She is currently an Assistant Associate in Sales and Leasing at CrossMarc Services, where she develops tailored real estate strategies that align client objectives with business goals.

Before transitioning to real estate, Erica built a successful career in higher education, specializing in academic advising, program management, recruitment, and retention at institutions like AdventHealth University, the University of Central Florida, and Valencia College. Her skills in relationship management, data analysis, and problem-solving seamlessly translate into real estate, where she delivers exceptional results for her clients.

Erica has excelled in both residential and commercial real estate. As a Commercial Real Estate Advisor at Equity, LLC, she helped reposition retail and office properties across Florida through strategic leasing initiatives and innovative technology. In residential real estate, she has guided buyers and sellers through complex transactions, conducted market analyses, negotiated contracts, and managed deals from start to close with Coldwell Banker Realty and the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA).

She holds an M.S. in Higher Education Administration from Purdue and a B.A. in Psychology from Norfolk State University. Committed to serving others, she volunteers with Habitat for Humanity and serves on the Orange County Neighborhood Grants Advisory Board.

Juan Pulido is an Analyst on the Investment & Advisory team at CrossMarc Services, where he supports acquisitions, development, and advisory services across all phases of the investment lifecycle. His responsibilities include financial modeling, due diligence, and performance reporting, as well as managing development budgets and timelines. Juan works closely with brokers, leasing teams, and project managers to source opportunities and ensure successful project execution.

Prior to joining CrossMarc, Juan was a Transactions Analyst at Harrison Street, where he conducted financial analysis and modeling for new real estate investment opportunities in sectors including student housing, senior housing, medical office, self-storage, and data centers across the United States.

While pursuing his undergraduate degree, Juan served as Vice President of Operations for the FSU Real Estate Society and was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi. He completed internships with the New York State Teachers’ Retirement System and Artemis Real Estate Partners, where he gained experience in financial modeling and preparing Investment Committee materials. Juan earned a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University, double majoring in Real Estate and Finance. He was actively involved in professional development programs such as the SEO Career Commercial Real Estate Track and the Commercial Real Estate Finance Fellowship through the Mortgage Bankers Association. His academic and professional achievements earned him several awards, including the Milton Cooper Trailblazer in Real Estate Award, Crossman Career Builders Scholarship, and the ICSC Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship.

Juan is of Colombian origin but grew up in Orlando. In his free time he enjoys visiting Florida’s beautiful beaches, playing soccer, and spending time with his two dogs.

Sejla Misic, a driven Marketing Coordinator at CrossMarc Services, seamlessly blends her academic achievements from the University of Central Florida with a rich background in administration. With over five years of administrative experience, Sejla has honed her organizational skills and attention to detail, proving to be an invaluable asset to the Crossmarc Services team.

Having earned her marketing degree from UCF, Sejla brings a fresh and innovative perspective to her role. She ensures that all property listings are effectively marketed and equipped with the necessary materials, and leads the planning and execution of company events and conferences. Her work on brand guidelines has helped shape a consistent and compelling brand identity across all platforms.

Genessy Jaramillo is a Sales & Leasing Associate at CrossMarc Services specializing in tenant representation, landlord representation, and investment sales. She is a member of ICSC, has a Business Management degree from the University of Central Florida, and licenses in both Florida and Tennessee. Genessy also has experience in various real estate sectors, including industrial, office, and land. Genessy is fluent in both English and Spanish, and as a native of Central Florida, she has a deep understanding of the local market and its current trends.

Genessy’s career in the brokerage industry started at Marcus and Millichap in Nashville, TN, where she gained valuable experience in investment sales.
