Meghan’s commercial real estate background was preceded by hands-on experience in commercial construction and work with the Volusia County Building Department, where she contributed to projects including Destination Daytona and Daytona International Auto Mall. This foundation provides her with practical understanding of development processes, permitting considerations, construction coordination, and broader market dynamics associated with commercial development projects.
She later transitioned into commercial real estate advisory and brokerage services in Texas with a focus on multifamily and mixed-use properties before expanding her practice into Florida markets, including Volusia and Flagler Counties. Her diverse background allows her to support clients through strategic planning, market evaluations, development-oriented analysis, and complex commercial real estate initiatives.
Meghan is a licensed Florida real estate broker and was recognized as Rookie of the Year in 2018 at Sperry Commercial. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Rutgers University and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, applying process improvement and analytical methodologies to support efficient project execution and strategic advisory services.
