Craig Frankel brings over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate investment, asset management, and operations leadership. He has held senior roles with nationally recognized investment firms, overseeing billions in real estate assets and building long-term relationships with high-net-worth investors.
Most recently, Craig served as Senior Managing Director at ScanlanKemperBard (SKB), where he led investor relations, crafted tailored investment strategies, and collaborated with asset managers to optimize performance across a $1.5 billion portfolio. He previously served as Senior Vice President at Oak Pass Capital Management, where he played a key role in growing the firm’s holdings to $400 million in direct assets and $1.7 billion in GP-controlled real estate.
Craig’s background also includes executive leadership as Chief Operating Officer of Buck Canyon Farms, where he managed operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic land acquisitions. He began his career at Square Mile Capital Management, structuring complex real estate debt and equity investments.
Craig earned his degree from Florida State University and has completed the Securities Industry Essentials, Series 63, and Series 22 exams, further strengthening his financial expertise.
