Cathy Sarber serves as Property Management Coordinator for CrossMarc Services, supporting the firm’s property management operations through administrative coordination, tenant communication, billing support, and day-to-day property management functions.

Cathy brings more than 20 years of experience in office administration, accounting, customer relations, and business operations. Prior to joining CrossMarc, she spent five years with Holler Classic, where she managed billing processes, account reconciliations, lien payoff processing, and commission preparation for a large sales team. Earlier in her career, she oversaw office operations, accounting functions, human resources administration, and customer service for an automotive business, gaining extensive experience in organizational management and client relations.

Known for her attention to detail, strong communication skills, and commitment to customer service, Cathy plays an important role in supporting both property owners and tenants while helping ensure the efficient operation of managed properties.
