Meghan’s commercial real estate career began after gaining hands-on experience in commercial construction and with the Volusia County building department, where she contributed to notable projects including Destination Daytona and Daytona International Auto Mall. She transitioned into real estate in Texas, specializing in multifamily and mixed-use properties, before expanding her license to Florida and broadening her practice in Volusia and Flagler Counties. Her diverse background allows her to provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of development, construction, and market dynamics.
She is a licensed Florida real estate broker and was honored as Rookie of the Year in 2018 at Sperry Commercial. Meghan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Rutgers University and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, applying process improvement techniques to optimize transaction outcomes.
