Juan Pulido
Analyst – Investment & Advisory
Juan Pulido is an Analyst on the Investment & Advisory team at CrossMarc Services, where he supports acquisitions, development, and advisory services across all phases of the investment lifecycle. His responsibilities include financial modeling, due diligence, and performance reporting, as well as managing development budgets and timelines. Juan works closely with brokers, leasing teams, and project managers to source opportunities and ensure successful project execution.
Prior to joining CrossMarc, Juan was a Transactions Analyst at Harrison Street, where he conducted financial analysis and modeling for new real estate investment opportunities in sectors including student housing, senior housing, medical office, self-storage, and data centers across the United States.
While pursuing his undergraduate degree, Juan served as Vice President of Operations for the FSU Real Estate Society and was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi. He completed internships with the New York State Teachers’ Retirement System and Artemis Real Estate Partners, where he gained experience in financial modeling and preparing Investment Committee materials. Juan earned a Bachelor of Science from Florida State University, double majoring in Real Estate and Finance. He was actively involved in professional development programs such as the SEO Career Commercial Real Estate Track and the Commercial Real Estate Finance Fellowship through the Mortgage Bankers Association. His academic and professional achievements earned him several awards, including the Milton Cooper Trailblazer in Real Estate Award, Crossman Career Builders Scholarship, and the ICSC Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship.
Juan is of Colombian origin but grew up in Orlando. In his free time he enjoys visiting Florida’s beautiful beaches, playing soccer, and spending time with his two dogs.
