Mallory Cruzada
Associate - Sales & Leasing
Mallory Cruzada is an Associate for Sales and Leasing at CrossMarc Services, where she supports retail leasing initiatives, tenant and landlord representation, and project execution. Her responsibilities include assisting with market research, site selection, lease analysis, and transaction coordination, while supporting the team in delivering strategic solutions for clients.
Mallory recently graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate. During her time at FSU, she served as Vice President of Public Relations for the Real Estate Society, was a member of the Board of Directors for the Renegades of Real Estate Classic, and was actively involved in ICSC, including participation in its mentorship program. She also gained experience through a real estate development internship with the City of Altamonte Springs Growth Management Department, where she developed a strong foundation in market analysis, site evaluation, and the development process.
Mallory holds a Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License and is particularly interested in retail real estate and its role in shaping communities. She is committed to building strong relationships and delivering value throughout the leasing process.
In her free time, she enjoys exploring Florida’s beaches and springs, as well as running, practicing yoga, and rock climbing.
