Stephanie D’Amico
Vice President
Stephanie D’Amico is Vice President of Leasing and Sales at CrossMarc Services. She brings 14 years of commercial real estate experience, including more than a decade in retail brokerage representing both landlords and tenants. She is a trusted advisor to property owners across Florida, providing guidance on leasing strategy, market positioning, and shopping center stabilization. She also works with local and national tenants on site selection and entry into the ever-changing Central Florida market, and is part of CrossMarc’s disposition team, handling the sale of vacant buildings and investment properties.
Stephanie began her real estate career in Washington, D.C. with Colliers, where she played a key role in securing a 50,000-square-foot Class A adaptive reuse project and helped lead the rollout of Sprint Connect stores across the D.C., Maryland, and Virginia region. Before joining CrossMarc, she served as Vice President at Stiles Retail Group, overseeing more than 587,000 square feet of retail space across Tampa, Orlando, and the Space Coast. There, her skills in creative problem-solving were instrumental in stabilizing a high-profile Class A project in Altamonte Springs.
Since relocating to Central Florida in 2017, Stephanie has worked across a wide range of retail assets — unanchored properties, grocery-anchored centers, power centers, malls, and mixed-use projects. She has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker, and has had several deals selected for quarterly recognition.
Stephanie is an active member of CREW Orlando, where she served as Co-Chair of UCREW for multiple years as well as on the Board for two years. She currently sits on CREW Network’s national Retail Council and its national Education Advisory Group, and is also an active member of ICSC and ULI.
She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Vermont and a master’s degree from The New School in New York. Stephanie lives in Winter Park, Florida, with her husband and young son. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, and reading and writing about retail history.
